About
Who We Are
To Inspire Ambition, and Aspire to Achieve
We're a team of like-minded achievers
The Insight Project was founded as a mission to bring together as many individuals who broke out of the constraints of a working-class, social mobility background, and went on to achieve the strongest results and career prospects possible. The best universities in the country, impressive career paths, incredible academic accolades, and a plethora of opportunities in our hands, and a resilient dedication to giving this back to those in need of it. We specialise in content revision, exam prep, admissions test prep, interviews, applications, and any step of the way a child needs, catering to their own needs and capabilities. Each child receives personal 1:1 private tuition.
Our goal, and why we do what we do
Our goal is simple: Bring together a network of Private Tutors to give back to all those who deserve it, with conditions they deserve. Students deserve assistance, yet they're hardly given enough of it today. We aim to bridge that gap, and give every child a chance to push themselves towards their true full potential. These efforts are part of a much larger initiative to change the way children grow up, and bettering their prospects.
What makes us unique?
Our tutors and mentors hail from the greatest Universities in the country, ranging from the likes of King's College London, to LSE & Imperial. We've successfully gathered extensive industry experience in Banking, Finance, Law, Engineering & Medicine. But above all this, we all come from humble beginnings. No riches, no connections, no fancy backgrounds. Hard work was the pinnacle of our achievements, and we've been able to relay that, with students successfully obtaining offers at Oxbridge, LSE, Imperial, UCL, KCL, and more, with plenty of As and A*s across our fields. Students are also given extensive guidance for their career paths, with unparalleled mentor experience.
About The Founder
About the Founder
Syed overcame many obstacles in his journey through secondary and sixth form. As a result of his background, he was diagnosed with life-threatening circumstances and disease during his GCSEs, as well as 4 mental illness conditions. Through determination, he sat his exams with those conditions and achieved strong enough results at GCSE and A-Level to become a student at the London School of Economics, the University with the lowest acceptance rate in the UK. He studies mathematics, programming, statistics, politics & philosophy. He's also been a spring intern at Forvis Mazars, a top 10 accounting firm globally, and a summer intern in M&A and Private Equity, all in first year of uni. Alongside this, he's a co-author in an official research paper, head of mentorship at Europe's premier Finance Society, a part time Financial Consultant, and a professional Banking & Finance Mentor for The Sutton Trust. He survived multiple near-death experiences due to his background, and had to overcome a great deal to achieve, which is something he aims to stop from happening to any other student.
A Message From the Founder
"Growing up, I had to face a lot of hardship, coming from a carer family centred around my severely disabled elder sister. Illness and mental health issues run prevalent in my family as a result, and I've had non-stop hindrances to my academic journey and career prospects. However, with sheer will and hard-work, I've been able to succeed beyond what I thought I could do. Yet, I'm unsatisfied; no child deserves to go through something as difficult as academia and career paths without help, and so that's exactly what I've sought to do."
The Founder's Tuition Background
Syed has 4 years of tuition experience, starting out as a freelance tutor, then beginning his professional journey in tuition in Year 12. Since then, he's worked at two tuition centres, becoming accredited and DBS verified, whilst working with students from all sorts of backgrounds, including Special Needs, Language Barriers, Mental Health, and all different age groups. He deemed that the impact of the public sector was insufficient for children's growth in his experience, and thus started The Insight Project as a means to bridge this gap.
